At Aesthetic Plastic Surgery,PA, every member of our team is an integral part of your experience. We’d like to introduce you to each member of our expert team:

Administrative Staff

	Paige L., Administrative Coordinator / Office Manager Paige L. accepted the position of Administrative Coordinator/Office Manager in January of 2008. She is usually behind the scenes handling a variety of business responsibilities. Paige isn’t a newcomer. With 15 years in the APS family she brings extensive experience and knowledge gained as administrative supervisor to her new role. She embodies a business woman and a patient advocate all in one.
	Diane, Associate Administrator Diane joined the team in 2001 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She now works as the associate administrator, handling the accounting and assisting Paige L. with marketing. Diane's heart for patients and staff, her willingness to learn new things, and tireless efforts behind the scenes help Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, PA run smoothly.
	Johnna, Patient Care Coordinator Johnna is very familiar with the questions that people have about plastic surgery. When you call the office she will send you information about our practice and any surgeries that may interest you. She will try her best to accommodate your needs. Johnna will coordinate the scheduling of your surgery and/or ancillary service, fully explaining and breaking down the cost of your procedure.
	Tiffany, Patient Care Coordinator Tiffany joined APS years ago as a teen working after school hours.  With her pleasant demeanor, she quickly learned each aspect of the reception area including patient scheduling and records.  Now Tiffany wears many hats!  She is a Patient Care Coordinator, transcriptionist, and takes care of patient medical records.  As Patient Care Coordinator, Tiffany helps people through the process of inquiring about procedures, scheduling consultations and treatments, and securing surgery dates.  She is also the person who assists patients with the Brilliamt Distinction Program.
	Nicole, Clinical Assistant Upon entering Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, PA odds are the first smiling face and warm greeting you'll enjoy will come from Nicole.  Nicole's responsibilities since returning to the staff include coordinating the reception area, gathering and updating patient information, and scheduling appointments.  She assists in the clinic as needed and is a trained ZERONA technician.  Nicole has spent the last 5 years in the DC area working in the aesthetic field.  Nicole has an eye for the newest hair accessory, Feather Extensions!  Whether fanciful or subtle, Nicole will help you choose the look that will get you noticed.
	Hannah, Makeup Artist Hannah works part-time at the receptionist desk and with our jane iredale skin care makeup. When it comes to makeup and makeovers, Hannah has an eye and flair to enhance your beauty. Don’t let her age deceive you! She is skilled in makeup application from the natural look to the dramatic using our jane iredale skin care makeup and recently received advanced training in camouflage techniques and in application strategies for mature skin. Her makeup skills have been employed for wedding parties from the bride to the mother of the bride and bridesmaids.  Let Hannah show you tips to create a more beautiful you. It doesn’t have to take ‘hours’ to get the look you desire.

Clinical Staff

	Paige H., Clinical Supervisor Paige H., RN is Clinical Supervisor having worked with Dr. Dawkins for over 20 years. A licensed aesthetician/RN, Paige specializes in injectable fillers and has received advanced training in facial sculpting. She has advanced training in the administration of Botox® injections. Paige was trained by a vascular surgeon in sclerotherapy. Extensive training in the use of lasers, pulsed light sources, and Fraxel® round out the skills and knowledge Paige brings to APS.
	Holly, Licensed Aesthetician Licensed Aesthetician Holly joined Dr. Dawkins in 1996. Areas of expertise include treatments for hyperpigmentation, fine lines, aging skin, acne, and rosacea. With the addition of the Fraxel®, Holly's training allows her to treat not only the face, but aging and sun-damaged neck, décolleté, and hands. Holly has also received training in the use of pulsed light sources to remove sunspots, visible veins, and other imperfections and remove unwanted hair. Holly’s training in Endermologie® proves invaluable to Dr. Dawkins’ surgical patients after liposuction to smooth tissues after surgery and treat post-adolescent women affected by cellulite.
	Terri, Licensed Aesthetician Staff member Terri is a licensed Aesthetician, having been with APS since 2005. If you know Terri, you know this is her passion! She LOVES to help people look their best and feel comfortable in their own skin. She has been trained in the treatment of acne, aging skin, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and rosacea and has taken additional courses to enhance her product expertise.  In addition to her skin care clients, Terri works with Dr. Dawkins’ post-surgical liposuction patients to smooth tissues following surgery with Endermologie®. She also uses Endermologie® to effectively treat post-adolescent women with cellulite. As our trained ZERONA technician, Terri is excited to help our patients with their inch-loss goals.

Operating Room Staff

	Selina, RN Selina assists Dr. Dawkins in the operating room and helps with patients' pre-operative and post-operative needs. She will answer any questions you have regarding the office or your care. Selina will assist you with gathering pre-operative medical information and will answer any questions you may have both pre and post operatively. She strives to create a patient-centered environment and will do everything to assist you in making your experience easy and pleasurable. Selina is also trained in Botox® injections.
	Deborah Deborah assists Dr. Dawkins in the operating room and is also responsible for maintaining supplies and sterilization of instruments. She performs her technical duties with the safety and health of each patient in mind.
Following surgery each patient receives great care in their recovery by Catherine, Sharyn, or Susanne, our amazing Registered Nurses who job share the position of Recovery Nurse. Their concern is the patient’s comfort and they give their all to make sure that the patient has a great experience. They review post operative instructions and remind patients to call if they have any questions. Our patients love them!
	Lisa Ulmer, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Working with Dr. Dawkins is our Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Lisa Ulmer. Lisa plays a vital role in ensuring our patients’ safe and successful cosmetic surgery experience. She has been administering anesthesia since 1993 and is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Our patients think Lisa is great!
