All scientific studies have shown both gel and saline implants to be both safe and effective. Patients now have a choice.

I am delighted to have gel implants available for all patients. I was part of the Mentor Gel Implant study from 1992 - 2006. I have never stopped using gel implants. Gel Implants provide a good result in all patients. They are superior to saline filled implants in selected patients.

Does Dr. Dawkins perform rhinoplasty surgery? I am a 47 year old white female. My nose has haunted me my whole life. Also i was wondering how much the procedure would cost. Does insurance pay anything?
Answer:
No I no longer perform Rhinoplasties . Rhinoplasty surgery is a reconstructive procedure and I have limited my practice to cosmetic procedures only.
